Datamolino Any business plan: Bank statement processing is billed separately at $0.80/sheet, in addition to the base plan.

How we calculated this

For each tool, we took the plan's published monthly price (converting annual billing to a monthly figure) and divided by the number of pages, sheets, or documents included in that plan, as stated on the company's own pricing page.

Some tools price by "credit" or "document" rather than by page, and some charge a different rate specifically for bank statements than for invoices or receipts — AutoEntry and Datamolino both do this, and bank statement pages cost meaningfully more than their headline credit price implies. Where that applies, we used the bank-statement-specific rate, not the cheapest document type, since that's the comparison that matters for this page.

MoneyThumb's online plans are priced per statement rather than per page ($24.95/mo for 5 statement conversions), which doesn't convert cleanly to a per-page figure since statement length varies — we left it out of the table rather than force an estimate, but the source is linked in the sources list below.

This is a living page — if a company changes its pricing, tell us at isaac.t.elder@gmail.comand we'll update the row.
